“We have approximately 70 helicopters in VIP/corporate configuration in Russia”

Eurocopter Vostok is one of the leading suppliers of light rotorcraft to the Russian market. This year the company is back to take part at JetExpo and its CEO Laurence Rigolini tells Show Observer what new models Eurocopter is ready to offer the Russian business aviation market.

— We know that Eurocopter supply many helicopters for Russian commercial operators, but is the business aviation also important for your business here? What types are the most popular for the Russian bizav clients?

— Definitely this segment is very important for Eurocopter, and Eurocopter Vostok in particular. We have been basing our development on business aviation in Russia. We started to promote our products 10-15 years ago, and this is the segment where we have been successful.
